● Heavy Duty Truck Transmission Clutch Coil
● Integral snap-in lug mounting
● Coil encapsulated in Zytel® HTN Nylon tolerant of 275 °F transmission fluid

PNEUMATIC VALVE COILS

● 1/8 inch Fast-on connectors
● Encapsulated for moisture proof operation
● Multiple configurations from the same tooling

CLUTCH COIL

● Rotary actuation detent operation
● Encapsulated with DuPont Zytel 6-6 Nylon for structural integrity, mechanical durability and environmental resistance
● Hardened steel clutch plate engages detents for "locking actuation"

MINIATURE ENCAPSULATED COILS

● Fully automated manufacturing; wound, terminated, soldered and tested
● Standard pin terminal spacing of .200 inches
● Fine magnet wire, as small as 48 gauge

DUAL WIND SENSOR COIL

● Dual coil winding on the same bobbin, with very fine gauge magnet wire
● Used in seismic surveys conducted for the petroleum industry

● Automotive transmission application
● High temperature and oil submersion tolerant
● Withstands mechanical vibration and shock
● Pre-configured and computer tested plug-in cable assembly for error free production
